SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Orders may take 3-5 business days to ship, depending on if there are any made to order items included in the order. Most items are ready to ship, but anything made by Squidly Designs will take a few days to process. Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification to the email you used at checkout containing your tracking number. We use USPS to ship our packages. Orders that may not contain a tracking number are orders that only contain stickers, as we use an old-fashioned stamp and envelope to send these!

Local Pickup

If you selected local pick up at checkout, then your order will be prepared and will be ready for pick up in 1-2 days. Please wait for an email from us letting you know that your order is ready, otherwise it may not be ready when you come by the shop. If you have not received an email, check your spam folder, or contact us to check on your order.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11:30am - 7pm, Tuesday - Friday, and 11:30am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Local Delivery

If you live in the city of Albuquerque, NM, local delivery is free! If your order includes items that are made to order (for example, anything made by Squidly Designs), please allow 3-5 days to process. We will email or text when we are getting ready to deliver your order.

International Shipping

For International Shipping, please email us at hola@squidlydesigns.com for a custom shipping quote. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Squidly store is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Order Processing Time

If your order includes made to order items (this is anything made by Squidly Designs) it will take 5-7 days to process your order. Ready to ship items are 3-5 days. We process orders from Tuesday-Friday.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you'd like to check on the status of your order, you can always email us and we can let you know where we are in the process. We thank you for your patience!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment. 

 

Returns for Online Orders


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was as when it was shipped, unused, in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning shipped items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund your order upon receiving the return. 


Returns for In Store Orders

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Most returns are generally accepted if the item is still in the same condition as when you first purchased it. Proof of purchase may be needed so make sure to bring in your receipt!

 

Non-returnable items
​

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

​

We can only do exchanges for in-person purchases at the store. To make an exchange for something purchased online, the best way is to ask for a return on the original purchase and then make a new purchase with the item you'd like once you receive your refund. We apologize for the inconvenience!
